The base carries the load. The restraint and joint sand keep the pattern tight at the surface.

The route or footprint, the pattern and the border, marked out with you before anything is dug.

The ground is cut deep enough for the base the surface needs. For a driveway, that base is built for the load a car puts on it.

A screeded layer over the base so every paver sits level and even before it is set.

Set by hand to the layout, cut at the edges to keep the line clean.

Anchored along exposed outer edges before joint sand to support the perimeter rows.

Sand is swept into the joints, then final compaction seats the pavers and settles the sand.

Not included: Sealing pavers after they are set, Repair of a paver surface installed by someone else, Mailbox or lighting relocation.
Not sure which of these the spot needs? That is what the visit is for.

Address, what is there now, and what you want it to be. A photo from the driveway helps.

What sets the number
Surface movement can involve the base, bedding layer, joints or perimeter restraint.

Gregorio walks the spot with you, marks the layout, looks at the grade and the load it needs to carry, and writes down the scope.
The written estimate identifies the included excavation, base, pavers, edge restraint and joint-sand work.
Base first. Then the pavers are set and restrained. Then joint sand and compaction. You get told when it is ready to use.
Questions about your property? Bring them to the estimate visit.
Yes. The base for a driveway is built deeper and compacted for that load, not just for foot traffic.
Tell us where the project is and what you want to change. Gregorio walks it with you, then writes down the scope and the estimate for it.
